Hi- We are sorry that you are having issues with the CM18445's hold feature. Here's how you can place the call on hold. Here's the step on how you can place the call on hold on the cordless handset. While on a call, the handset display shows the word HOLD on the screen. Press the corresponding softkey button below and it will place the call on hold on the handheld device.
