“My vtech phone system time sets itself back by 7 minutes every time someone calls the office. I’ve spoke with our phone service and they say it’s a vetch issue....how can I correct this?”

• Hi - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the time on your VTech CM18445. The phone automatically resets the time and date using the caller ID information. If the caller ID information is correct, please contact our customer support at 1-800-595-9511 so we can troubleshoot your unit. We are open from Mondays thru Fridays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Thank you!
