“We use this phone system with 4 lines at our office. When a phone is in use and a second call is incoming, a short tone plays repeatedly to notify you of a second incoming call while you are on a call. Is there a way to turn off this incoming call tone?”

Hi - Regretfully, the call alert on the VTech CM18445 is not adjustable. The alert tone is to notify you that there is a call on the opposite line. Thank you, -VTech Support
