how loud is the volumn? null

Lound enough for my 88 year old Mom to hear the ring.

And my 95yr old MIL who has recently been either losing her hearing, or ignoring us - nobody knows yet.

It has the same volume as the average phone and also has the speaker function on both handsets. If you need a louder phone you will probably need a special phone or hearing aid but for normal use it is okay.
