• No this is a landline phone requires physical connection with a landline.

• This question is complicated. You would have to ask your phone or cable source and find out from them. I have a major source and they can tell me what to do, but they are difficult to deal with most of the time. I don't know other sources, but you can always ask if you can go online or have a great computer friend.
