• Sure! Press menu scroll down until you see ringers press menu/select then you should see ringer volume from there you could lower it/ shut it off

• Hi - Here's how you can turn off the ringer volume of the VTech CS5119. Step 1: Press the MENU/SELECT button on the cordless handset when not in use. Step 2: Press CID down button to scroll to ringers, then press MENU/SELECT twice. Step 3: Press CID down button sample each ringer volume level, then press MENU/SELECT to save your setting.
