My VTECH phone model no. CS6729-3 says that I have a voicemail; however I have listened to all of my messages, but the "New voicemail" still appears on my three phones. How do I remove that message? null

On our Panasonic phone, an individual phone will say there are new messages even though they have all been reviewed. However, I can go to the base and delete messages there. Perhaps your VTech phone is similar.

Voicemail is a messaging system from your provider, which is independent of and different than your VTech answering system. You will need to contact your provider for assistance with voicemail. Since you see "New Voicemail" on your handsets, it is likely you have unheard messages, but they were not recorded on your VTech system. Rather, they are stored on your provider's system.
