“I can't my phone ringer to "ring" on incoming calls. I set the ringer volume and tone..am I missing a setting or something? I've tried it on lines that other phones ring with no problem, still nothing.”

• Possibly you are in the "Silent Mode". Refer to your manual regarding turning on/off this mode.

• If the phone rings using a different line, the problem must be with your line, and not the phone. Call tech support @ 1-800-595-9511.
