“i have not figured out how to bring up the numbers of the missed calls. pls help”

• The row of buttons directly under the screen are the mode of operation buttons. The 2nd one from the left is marked with a downward pointing arrow and the letters CID (standing for caller I D). Pressing this button will bring up the number of the last incoming call, with each additional press of the button will display the call that came before. Pressing the cancel button will bring you back to the main screen.

• Hello. You should be able to bring up the Caller ID History by pressing the CID button (also the down arrow) on either the cordless handset or corded base phone. If the Caller ID History does not appear, you may have an issue with Caller ID. Please contact our support team if Caller ID is not working, and they can assist you. Thank you!
