“can you explain how you use the wall mount because when I put on wall handset falls off”

• That doesn’t work, the handset keeps falling off. Will be returning this phone tomorrow.

• There's a little tab under the hang up button. Pop it up and turn it around and put it back and it will hold the handset in place for wall use.

• Hi - We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulties wall mounting the telephone base of the VTech CS6949. Make sure to rotate the handset tab by 180 degrees. The protruding edge of the handset tab holds the corded handset in place when the telephone is mounted on the wall. Thank you, -VTech Support
