“How does the base mount to the wall? The headset keeps falling off”

• Under the top of the handset - just below the switch hook - there is a plastic piece that will slip up. It is a little square with a lip. Pull that up to remove it, rotate it 180 degrees and reinstall. Now it will have a plastic tab that sticks up to keep the handset from falling off.

• Lift the handset and and there is a little peice that can be pulled up and flipped around there is a a notch on it that will keep the handset in place
