- Answer Sherri - The VTech DS6151 can only transfer a call from the base or one handset to another system handset but it does not have the capability to transfer or forward a call to a different phone number. - Answer Diane - You need to subscribe to rollover service from your Telephone service provider. That way, when you are on a call on line 1 on the VTech DS6151, the 2nd call will rollover to line 2. Thank you, -VTech Support

- Answer Mick - The listening volume on the VTech DS6151 can be adjusted. However, if the volume is still low, you may check the model VTech SN5147.
