QuestionThis is probably elementary, but with multiple handsets connected to the base station, can multiple handsets be making outgoing calls simultaneously? I know with a home system if you pick up a handset while another is in use you can't dial out.

- Answer No, not when I purchased the main base phone in Sept. 2018. They were not available in stores within 100 miles of where I live in Florida or on line. I had to buy the additional handsets on Ebay or Amazon.

- Answer Hi - The VTech DS6151 has 2 telephone jacks intended for the telephone lines. The telephone base does not have a jack for an adjunct device. You can use a splitter to connect both the telephone and the fax machine on the same line instead. Thank you, -VTech Support

- Answer Hi - The compatible accessory handset for the VTech DS6151 is the model DS6101. The telephone base can register up to 12 handsets. Regretfully, the handset name for the telephone system is not changeable. Thank you, -VTech Support

QuestionWhere is the "locate handset" button on the base of a 2 line VTech DS 6151?

- Answer Nancy - The VTech DS6151 does not have a physical button to locate the misplaced cordless handset. You need to go into the Menu setting and scroll to "Page all HS", then press Select. The handset will then ring provided that it has ample battery life and is within range. Thank you, -VTech Support
