“Who can i speak to about setting up this answering machine. I have a printer and fax .I need a simple instruction. I can set up on handset 2. Nothing on handset 1.”

Hi - We are sorry to hear the VTech DS6771-3 is not working as expected. The 2 cordless handsets and 1 cordless headset that comes with the DS6771-3 are pre-registered to the telephone base. Like many electronic devices, a system reboot may resolve the issue. You can try rebooting your phone system by disconnecting the power from the base then unplugging the batteries on the cordless handset for a minute. Reconnect and test.
