“I ended up with a used one of these, and it is locked. How do I unlock it without the pin or access to the email account it was registered with? I have tried the instructions for resetting the original version, but have not been successful.”

Hi, at the Parental account=On the passcode screen type the numbers 9876543210. After the first 4 numbers you enter, you'll get a message that the code you entered is incorrect. Keep typing the numbers in sequence until you get to 0. Reach out to us at 1-800-521-2010
