Q: QuestionTalk key does not work

- A:Answer Hi - We are sorry to hear that your VTech VM2251 does not respond normally. Rebooting the parent unit for 15 seconds can resolve the issue. You can also clean the TALK button using a clean damp cloth. If you are still having issues with the unit, you can contact our Customer Support at 1-800-595-9511. Q: QuestionThe volume on the parent unit does not always work. If it turn the parent unit on and off, then I can sometimes hear what is happening in my child's room, but most of the time I cannot get the monitor to transmit sound from the baby's room.

Q: QuestionI see that another person asked about hooking additional cameras up to this monitor, & they were told no. However, in this item’s list of features, it clearly states “supports multiple cameras”. Please advise which cameras, thanks.

Q: QuestionMust this be mounted on a wall? Can it be set on top of a piece of furniture.

- A:Answer It does not have to be mounted on the wall. We set ours on top of furniture, as long as you have a relatively flat surface it should be fine. We keep saying we'll mount it but have not gotten around to it because it works fine the way it is so there isn't a real need.
