A:Answer Hi - We are sorry to hear that your VTech VM2251 does not respond normally. Rebooting the parent unit for 15 seconds can resolve the issue. You can also clean the TALK button using a clean damp cloth. If you are still having issues with the unit, you can contact our Customer Support at 1-800-595-9511.
