“My friend gave me this monitor and I am trying to set it up but it wants to connect to her old internet and won't connect to mine. Says failure to connect. Is there a way to restart the unit so it forgets the old WiFi?”

Hi - Here's how you can change the WiFi connection on the RM5752. 1. Press Menu button on the parent unit. 2. Scroll to the Wi-Fi icon, then press Menu. 3. Select Configure Wi-Fi. 4. A list of available connections will appear, select your network then enter the password when asked, If this does not help, please contact our Consumer Sales and Service Center between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday at 1-800-595-9511.
