Hi - We apologize if you are having issues with the VTech RM5752. Try resetting the unit by unplugging the AC adapter on both parent and baby units for about 1 minute. Re-plug and wait until the units re-establish their connection. If this does not help, please contact our Customer Support at 1-844-848-8324. We are open Mondays through Fridays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hope this helped. ~VTech Support
