• Although I have not used it with Photoshop, I use it constantly with Mobile Sheets, to make notations, etc. to music scores, and find that it works perfectly. I hope this answers your question.

• It works with my Envy 360 but I don't have Photo Shop so I can't answer for sure about all software.
