Yes. Windows Ink is a technology, not limited to any specific program. If the program supports ink, the Bamboo will work. Photoshop certainly does. If Toon Boom Harmony supports ink it will work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It will work with programs that support windows ink devices. Windows ink is a name for hardware with software to back it up. Since Microsoft bought n-trig and are trying to get it into more and more devices, hence the name windows ink. So if software supported n-trig it will support this. I know adobe supports it and as for toon boom they show it working with a surface pro so I would say it works with that. But again the computer you have must support windows ink the software is in some ways second.
