“I bought a HP 117m-ae011dx with Windows Ink 4 weeks ago. Yesterday I bought a Wacom Bamboo Stylus. I could get it to connect but not do anything except open Windows Ink programs, no writing. Any suggestions? Has anyone got it to work with this computer?”

The Bamboo does support two technologies, Wacom and MSs own. You have to set the pen to the one your laptop uses. Check the instructions on how to change it. There is no good indication of which it is set too, other than it working. The button push is just BT, so universal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does work with my computer. Turned out the pen was defective. The associate at Best Buy in West Hartford CT was very helpfull in determining the issue.
