A:Answer I too had a some trouble setting up the pen with Windows and had come to a similar conclusion but eventually figured it out. If the light is truly not coming on at all, that’s probably different than what I experienced but I did notice that the light would go out quickly after put into pairing mode even though it was still working. I took quite a few tries, rebooting the laptop, etc and then it finally paired. Once it pained, it has worked really well and reliably and really like the pen otherwise.
