No it isn't. What you're looking for from Wacom is the Mobile Studio Pro tablet. Those are portable and has its own OS, etc.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This model doesn't have an operating system like Windows, Mac or Android, it has to be plugged in to a computer to work, whether you get the touchscreen version or the pen-only version. It displays whatever your computer is displaying, like a monitor, and not like a split-screen either, I'm not even sure you could turn it into a split screen situation if you wanted to. Wacom does have a device that functions as a computer (forget what it's called), and I think that uses Windows. If by 'mobile' you mean 'portable', not really, it is quite big and heavy; you'd need a pretty large, strong bag or a huge briefcase to carry it!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not in my opinion. It's large and heavy and needs a computer. It would be really cumbersome to move frequently
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is not meant to be, no. It is far too large and heavy to just carry around, IMO.
