“Does this device come with a download code for the software aswell as the disc? My laptop does not have a cd drive”

• You can go onto the website and find the alternative. I have an extreme at CD drive because my Omen is like your laptop as well. But one you plug your pad in it directs you to their website and has you download from there. So I’m sure you don’t need to use the disk that is given in the kit.
