QuestionIf I connect this tablet to my current laptop and download all of the software, but then get a new computer, will I have to pay again for the complimentary software or can it transfer to the new computer?

- Answer Software is free so you won't have to pay for anything additional. If you do choose to fully pay for the software you will be given a license number. Just keep a record of that number and when/ if you use a new computer just input that license number and you'll be good to go.

QuestionIs this device compatible with Autodesk Sketchbook? Autodesk Sketchbook is my favorite program for art, but I am unsure if this device is compatible with the program.

- Answer Yep, it will work with the desktop version of Sketchbook just fine. It won’t have any tilt recognition, but it will have pressure sensitivity.

- Answer No, you look at your screen. My son is 11 years old and at the beginning it took him time to adjust, but then he loved it. He actually likes it better than a tablet. Yes, you cannot probably draw on the go like a tablet and jot down ideas quickly without your laptop, but he likes how he doesn’t have to look down at a tablet all the time, it hurts his neck. I hope that helps.

- Answer It does not. Only with Windows or Mac based computers. You will want to look for Bamboo Fineline or Bamboo Sketch styluses instead. Hope that helps. Best.

- Answer You have to be connected to a computer, either via USB or bluetooth. It does not work as a stand-alone pad.

- Answer It basically replaces your mouse. It gives you greater control when editing photos, it’s more “natural” to edit with the pen than a mouse.

QuestionThere is a review that states the software would not load. This is the only reason I am interested in this hundle as I would need a starter software. Did anyone have success downloading the software?

- Answer I had difficulty with the software simply because the latest driver did not work for my daughters Mac book. She had already upgraded to the OS Catalina and the newest driver did not work. We had to download an older driver for the tablet and pen to work. But, it works and we are happy now. Done over the weekend so we couldn’t contact support for assistance. I figured it out on my own after spending all day installing and uninstalling and following a gob of instructions from YouTube and elsewhere. Good luck!

- Answer Wacom Intuos devices will work with some Linux systems. You can reference the Linux Wacom Project on Github for additional details. Bluetooth connectivity can be impacted by the use environment, other connected devices, as well as the quality of the Bluetooth hardware in the host computer. In general, users do not notice a performance difference between USB and Bluetooth.
