Hi there, thank you for asking. I'm not sure i'm understanding the reference for " Pin ,and -or points" for the CTE450. If your question is if this Pen is compatible with the CTE450, then the answer is: No, is not. In the case that you are looking for a replacement pen, know that accesories for the CTE450 model were discontinued from manufacturing a number of years ago and these are no longer available.
