No, this product does not feature a power bank and has no power unless connected to a battery.

Hello Bob,

This device is a DC - to - AC inverter and would convert DC power to AC power for use with devices that are normally plugged into your AC outlets at home. However this device is NOT a power bank, and would require a Battery to be connected to the device in order to provide power to the device. The inverter would then turn the DC Output into AC Output for you to use with your appliances.
