Q: QuestionHow to order only the rotary nose blade ? The blades are sensitive and with time they will wear out. Mine it starting to bind requiring pulling the head out and remove the blade to clean up way too often. I don't use the other attachements.

• A:Answer I incurred the same issue with the trimmer attachment and have mentioned this issue in the feedback reply. The Wahl Trimmer is a great product. To clean out debis/particles inside the rotary blade use a flashlight (If possible) to see where the hair has been lodged, then use a thin or old tooth brush, wet it and put liquid soap on it, create a lather and brush inside and around each opening, let the soap seep in to soften the hair, for ten seconds then last, use high powered hot water to clear out particles from blade. If that does not work, repeat the step until all hair has been removed from the rotary blade.

Q: QuestionMy wall nose trimmer body spins very fast when I run it alone. When I attach the cutting head revolutions fall off dramatically to a point it pulls the hairs and does not efficiently cut them. What’s going on here?

• A:Answer Your Trimmer attachment cover is not secure, At times, and this is rare, you should use black electrical tape to secure the sides together. For example, turn your trimmer on, the blades seem to move errraticly. secure the movement by placing one or two thin pieces around the side slot of the trimmer that secures on both sides of the blade. The tighter you make, it will secure a stable movement. Note: You should not have to go through these steps, Also keep in mind, once you drop the trimmer the result can misalign the blade and break a small piece of the side blade slot cover which will cause it to not efficiently work.
