QuestionIs the black plastic piece with two sets of prongs what I use for eyebrows or do I use the attachment with the tiny silver prongs for that? The plastic attachment with two sets of prongs doesn't seem to fit on the trimming head, so what is that for?

QuestionI cant get the trimmer to work. Put in new battery and still nothing. What else can I do to make it work or has the motor broke.? I dont want to discard it if it can be fixed.

- Answer probably just a contact issue. Check out the connections and positions to make sure it is touching the right points.

QuestionHow do I remove the nose hair trimmer? I can't seem to pull it off.

- Answer The heads should twist off. Hold the bottom of the trimmer and twist the blade head in a counter clockwise motion. - Answer In addition to the other answers, I suggest wearing rubber gloves to enable a better grip. Maybe have another person tap the middle as you pull. If you pinch too hard in the wrong place, that will make it more difficult. Also note that the battery is not an ordinary AAA size, but is an ENERGIZER L92 ULTIMATE LITHIUM 4 AAA. An ordinary AAA would probably work in a pinch, but will not give long time service.
