Is the case water proof/tight? null

I have been using this item outside and so far I have not had any problems

I believe the product description said it was but can't be sure. It feels like a treated canvas material and does feel like it can be water proof. No plans to have it in or near water so was not an issue for me. Just for my suv. I looked up this product and Best Buy does not show any information whether this is waterproof. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
