No, I wouldn’t suggest as she will outgrow it quickly. My average size 7yo fits in this perfectly with about 1-2 extra feet.

Get her an adult bag measuring about 75" (6'2") or she will only be able to use this as a blanket within a year. And don't buy one that is too long or her body heat will not be able to warm the extra empty space, which will keep her feet cold.
