“Hi! Why doesn't this fireplace come with a remote? People want to sit across the room and control it (even off and on). I would pay $100 extra for a remote. Sad I can't purchase because one isn't included.”

Hello, thank you for your question! Our fireplace TV inserts are manufactured with an off and on switch and we unfortunately do not make remotes for the inserts.
