Hello, Great questions! This item weighs 127 LBS with the packaging and 111 LBS when assembled. This TV stand is shipped flat packed and requires full assembly. It comes with all parts and hardware, as well as step by step assembly instructions. You can purchase an in-home assembly service called "Geek Squad" through Best Buy if you'd like, but details and pricing would need to be discussed with them.
