I am putting my daughters TV on the bookshelf side. Quality product with good legs lead me to believe it will hold fine

Hi! Thank you for this question. The shelf side of this desk can hold a TV if you would like. For me with my desk, I have monitors across both desks and they work great. Hopefully that helps! Thank you!

No, it's a gooseneck lamp. Stands around 9-12 inches high.
