A:Answer Hello! This is a great question! While this desk does not have to be anchored, with all furniture I highly recommend anchoring. I have two small children and they have a knack for climbing on things they shouldn't be. Having the anchors has helped me gain piece of mind that my desk won't come tumbling over, ruining my monitors along the way. Hopefully that helps here! Thank you!
