The description states for most TV's up to 65" and TV's are usually measured diagonally. - Answer Hello Angie, Thanks for your question! The shelves on either side of the fireplace unit are removable and/or adjustable. The overall compartments the shelves are placed in measure 16.12 x 14.12 x 19.25. When placed in the center position, the height of each compartment is approximately 9".

- Answer Hi Paladin, Wonderful question, let me see if I can be of some help! 58 to 62" stands can accommodate up to 65-69" TV. As a general rule, your TV should be at least 2 inches wider than the width of the TV and frame. Thank you!
