1. My tray comes out completely flat 2. Tray width is 22 5/8" total (with gliders) x 14 1/8" total depth. 3. The tray gliders are metal and of very good quality. I'm impressed with the quality of this computer desk. Good quality and very sturdy.

Hi! Thank you for these questions! The keyboard tray does pull out straight. The dimensions of the tray are 3-7/8" H x 37-7/8" W. This tray is on metal gliders. I hope that helped! Thank you!
