- Answer Hi JAStand, A Philips head screwdriver is required for assembly. You will also need a hex key, but that comes included in the parts. Hope this is helpful.

- Answer Hi JAStand, This stand is 33" H x 48" L x 16" W and about 75 LBS after assembly. Hope that helps!
