• The answer is yes to both questions. If you Zoom on the picture it shows 2 buttons for bake, "Conv Bake" and Bake. The "Conv Bake" button stands for convection You can see the curve stamped in the back of the oven specs say its 18 inchs deep should do a 12" pizza
