QuestionDoes this have both top and bottom heat...Can I bake and broil?..are there bake and broil settings?

- Answer Yes to all of your questions. This is the second of these ovens I've owned. My first one I brought into work for everyone to use I loved it so much. When Best Buy put it on sale again I grabbed a nice, fresh new one. The outside does get very hot so follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding how far to keep it from the wall. The settings are: Toast, Broil, Bake, Bagel, Pizza and Convection Bake. I've seen some descriptions of this oven saying it's not convection but it is. A fan blows inside and cuts about 1/4 off the cooking time when you use it. Hope that helps.

QuestionWondering if the oven I received is new or returned/damaged. Box not taped/bulging on top, metal racks/pans were on bottom of box under oven, glass door is slightly curved inward leaving room for heat to escape when closed. Does this sound normal?

- Answer Sounds damaged. My first one was dented during shipping to my house. I returned and had a second one shipped to the store and had no problems.

- Answer Although the only answer currently says "No", the 12 inch pizza question is also asked in another question and the answers are: "Yes" "I think the pizza max size is 12 inches, but don't quote me." "You can see the curve stamped in the back of the oven specs say its 18 inches deep should do a 12-inch pizza" Also, one reviewer claims "Plenty of size to get a dozen pizza or dinner plate in." I guess "a dozen pizza" is a fancy way of saying a 12 inch pizza?
