“Wondering if the oven I received is new or returned/damaged. Box not taped/bulging on top, metal racks/pans were on bottom of box under oven, glass door is slightly curved inward leaving room for heat to escape when closed. Does this sound normal?”

Sounds damaged. My first one was dented during shipping to my house. I returned and had a second one shipped to the store and had no problems.
