I dont believe so. It plugs into 110 and European countries use a different plug and voltage. If you try to plug it in with an adapter it will go up in smoke. I do not know if they make one that is duel voltage. I believe you will have to get one for the European market or perhaps the cordless rechargable shower model and take it with you. Depending on how ling you are overseas you may no have to recharge it until you get back to the states
