• If you didn't already find out, just pull firmly from the top at the brush head, that's how I got mine off. No button that I could see, unlike the water flosser.

• Make sure the unit is dry and Use a firm even grip pulling straight up from holder.

• You will find a small lever on the side of the attachment unit ( Not the lever that says on & off) just push it up to release it.
