QuestionFirst, I love this product. I have many dental implants and it helps getting into the many different food traps. My biggest complaint is they don’t last. I am currently purchasing my third sonic fusion . I am curious if other people have this experience.

- Answer I am very disappointed with the life of this unit also, I also have to purchase a third unit because the flossing function goes first and not the toothbrush just quit. Is this normal??

- Answer Its a little tough to remove, but carefully grasp the brush handle and hold the base with other hand... Carefully pull and it will release.. Be sure to clean the handle and the head well after use as the toothpaste can get lodged below the brush head in the connector so it might be a little tough to remove.. I hope you are enjoying yours as I do mine!
