The one I bought only came with one brush head! I had to buy a package of two more separately. One tip: The waterpik website offered a coupon when I registered the device, so I was able to get the extra brushes at a discount.

Please try again later.I don't have to share mine, but I assume that if there are more than 3 people in your family that are expected to buy more bushes so that everyone has their own brush. They aren't cheap. It would be nice if they came in different colors so that each person has their own color.
