Q: QuestionI’m thinking about buying this for my son but his concern is about the FPS …so my question is….will purchasing and installing this device make his FPS count higher?
Asked by BigE.
- A:Answer Very very marginally at best. Drives do not have a very radical impact on performance, the most notable improvement will be that if the game is installed on the drive it will load faster.

Q: QuestionIs this SSD compatible with the PS5?
Asked by Sean.
- A:Answer Hi Rooq, Sony added support for external USB hard drives on the PS5 with their April 2021 update. However, due to PS5 restrictions, games can only be played off the console’s internal SSD. As such, external USB storage hard drives only function as a faster way to hot-swap games and data on or off the PS5’s internal storage. -Need Help? Please see our "'Contact Us" page for information

Q: QuestionIs this a code for steam or origin? This will determine if I buy this or not.
Asked by Mono.
- A:Answer Kind of a pointless question. Battlefield games have to log onto EA(origin) if played on steam so it really shouldn't make a difference. Does the same thing with Ubisoft games played off of steam. Lol
