Your read speed is correct, your write could be related to programs running in the background or something like your OS being run from the drive you're testing (the SN 850) last but not least - if you're on a a PCI-Express 4.0 motherboard that isn't an x570 (like B550) it could be that you're losing some lanes to the combination of a graphics card in your PCI-Express 4.0 slot in addition to this card. For optimal performance a x570 motherboard where the drive is being run by the 4.0 lanes provided by the chipset versus the alternative M2 slot that is run by the CPU can give small gains!
