• I do not think this is the SSD issue....likely a connection problem. In any case, the SSD has a 5 year warranty. So you can go to the WD site and initiate a return/ repair process.

• I believe it is my speakers randomly cut in and out. I thought it was an electrical problem till I read a lot of reviews.
