4000 GB / 1024 = 3.906 TB Not 4TB null

You are correct however the drive is 4tb company’s just like to write 4000gb because it looks cleaner than 4096gb.

From after i got it installed, it counted as 4.01tb

1 terabyte (TB) equals 1,000 gigabytes (GB) or 1,000,000 megabytes (MB).
