Yes. According to TechDirect, every reference guide for Inspiron 11 3xxx series laptop, there is a 2.5” SATA hard drive inside. To be sure, highly recommend entering the Service Tag on Dell.com/Support and then click “View System Configuration.” Scroll through the Original Configuration list to 400 where drive information is listed. If it says 2.5 inch Serial ATA, definitely will work.
